Bruce Mechanical Heating and Air Conditioning did my new heating and air conditioning system for my 20 year old rental. Four years ago my home needed a replacement heating and air conditioning unit. Four years ago I made the mistake of only getting one bid. This time, I got 3 bids and Bruce was over 3,000 dollars less than the other two local companies. Bruce bid on the job with the same name brand equipment, Lennox. One of the companies that bid on my replacement heating and air conditioning system is the same company that did my residence four years ago. We called them this morning because our air conditioner went out. He came Promptly, we’re , friendly, professional and was able to diagnosis the problem. They had the part and got it fixed. We use them for our maintenance program and they do an outstanding job every time.
Abel was exceptionally polite, professional and solved the problem. My air-conditioner went out in this heat wave with out of town guests arriving. He was able to order a motor with next day delivery before they arrived!!
