Overall, I had outstanding experience with Bob Rhodes Heating & Air Conditioning, I have been their client for more than 16 years, they maintained my two old AC units until it was time to install new ones, each new unit was installed within a day, they have stood behind their new installation and provide any needed adjustment in a timely manner, during the bi-annual maintaince services their technicians are very professional and will take the time to make sure both the heat pump and air handler are running in a good shape

I can’t say enough good things about the people with Bob Rhodes Heating & Air!!
Our original unit was installed poorly which lead to issues down the road and caused irreversible damage.
They made a plan and went out of their way to build a platform for our new unit to sit properly. They set up our new system to include features that will prevent issues that we had with our old one.
They listened to our concerns and went above and beyond to ensure that we could have heating and air after a long time without.
Their team actually cares about their customers!

AC out.. Scorcher today. Needed a motor for the compressor. Would not sell over the counter. Expected me to pay for a service call. $113 on Amazon. Piece of advise... Never turn a customer away. You lost business! If I have a serious problem, unfortunately, I will now ask another company for help. Not my next door neighbor. Too bad. - RESPONSE.. It's a fan motor. Not rocket science. Don't assume everyone that calls or walks in needs an over priced service call. $113 part and easy install. Would have been close to $800 for a service call. I know this, that's what you charged for the last motor replacement in our second unit, that fell off 1 month after your guys installed it. I had to fix that one. (they should have secured the bolts better)...
You had enough time to respond, you could have just grabbed a motor when one of your guys came back and called me to come get it. I am 100 feet away and have done business with you for years. Instead, your front office person just turned me away.
