Called Apollo to have them look at my Moms system and look into a maintenance plan. Nick Tabor went over everything with me, and made me feel heard without the used car salesmany vibe. That right there was super important to me. Apparently her system is still under warranty, but when that is up I will reach back out. Thanks Nick!
We were lucky enough to have Nick Tabor come out to our home to look at our system. Nick was very professional and very knowledgeable about our existing system. He took the time to explain to us what was wrong with the system in terms that we could understand. And in the end he gave us what we thought was a very reasonable estimate of repair.
We appreciate Nick‘s time. At this point, we’ve had a couple of estimates of repair that made us feel a little apprehensive about the process. Nick made it to where we felt taken care of instead of being taken advantage of. Going forward we will make sure to use Apollo heating and air-conditioning for all of our needs.
