Dishonest billing practices. I went for a physical and said I have no issues. Dr Wei brought up cholesterol trying to push statins which I said no to. They billed for an extra office visit on top of the charge for the physical since HE brought up cholesterol. Total visit lasted a few minutes. Check your statements as I'm sure this type of dishonest billing isnt a one off.

My spouse and I have been coming here for about 5 years, and experience consistently great service. For my last annual check I was surprised by how much time my PCP spent with me. She answered all my questions and helped me decide on a treatment plan. And she promptly answered a question I asked through their online portal.
I have been seeing Michelle Nitschke as my PCP for over a year. She was out of the office this week when I needed to be seen on a semi-urgent manner, and they were able to work me in to see Cara Wade, and she was also excellent. She was professional, took the time to make sure that my concerns were addressed, and that I was referred for the correct follow-up care that best suits my diagnosis.
The front office staff was also professional and caring. While in the waiting room, there was another patient who was clearly upset about urgent care wait times, and the staff did an excellent job in helping them to understand the wait, and helped to calm them down.
