The social worker MIKEL, intake director DAN, Doctor Dan and physical therapist Blake were wonderful. Each went out of his or her way to provide top of the line care for my mother while she was at Bothell Healthcare.
I would like to see them require masks for visitors. To help prevent infections, such as Covid outbreaks at the facility.
therapy staff was great. cindy, mary bell, james, can't remember other names. bath attendants great. brownie, night nurse refused to give me meds as ordered and i spent night in pain. aides did best they could but understaffed. the admin staff i won't trust
This rehab SNF facility is absolutely AMAZING. I can’t speak highly enough of the great staff & the quality Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy they offer here. Great setting & highly attentive people who always have your safety in mind. I’ve been here for several weeks now due to a complicated femur fracture but I’m steadily getting better thanks to the great environment & encouragement I feel every day here. Thanks Bothell Health Care!
