I have gone here many times. Their service is hit or miss. They used to charge 35$ for a mani/Pedi so I didn't mind but now it's 55$ and they don't communicate what service cost extra. They asked if I wanted paraffin wax for my hands, I said no, they said Ok so just massage which I assumed meant just normal and said yes. That cost 10$. They asked if I wanted to file my callouses on my foot, I wrongly assumed they were asking out of preference so I said yes, they never asked if I wanted the hot paraffin wax and just did it. That cost 20$. I was never told anything would cost extra until the bill. My nails look good but I won't be going back.

Scared to say anything, she broke down crying on the way home. Nails did not match the photo that she showed at all and she decided to not go to homecoming and just cry.

It’s unfortunate but I 100% think that because it was a young teen they just put zero effort in. $85 later and I am taking her somewhere this week to get...read full review
