Today I had my hair colored by Diana at Ulta Beauty, and I’m absolutely happy with the result! Diana carefully listened to what I wanted and did everything so professionally and beautifully. The color turned out fresh, gorgeous, and exactly how I imagined it. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and you can truly feel the care for clients. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend Diana ?

Store had many employees but I still walked out feeling like I wasn't fully helped. I found my own product that I asked about and was told they didn't have. They had it. My elderly mom walked out with nothing. She wanted to go to Macy's where she was used to dealing with just one sales person to find all her products. This day she had 5 people come up to her to ask if she needed anything. They didn't stay with her and follow up with questions about her needs. It was a little weird.
