Closed their practice without notifying patients. My poor 89 year old mother who struggles to get around found out when she showed up to her appointment. Utter incompetence!

She was good, however Dr Narra is no longer in practice in Issaquah. Her office is closed. I have been told that she moved to Seattle but an internet search only has the Issaquah address.

Bad receptionist (horrible), follow up, getting the prescription, everything. I like Dr. Narra but if everything else is crappy, it doesn’t work as a whole. I do not recommend.

Had come in for a visit to get a white patch on my hand examined. Very poor care was offered. Narra came in for 5 mins exactly and there was no care or empathy or next steps offered. She diagnosed it as vitiligo and said there's no cure. There was no care offered or options for the many treatment options available. Don't know how she has any clients. Extremely poor care and attitude

Dr. Narra is a dedicated dermatologist. The office staff are helpful and kind too. Dr.Narra will make sure you are treated well and examined for all skin cancers. I highly recommend this great Practice and Dr.Narra!

Extremely unfortunate experience for me. Reception was great. The PA may or may not not have been part of this horrible encounter. Doctor entered into the exam room with with a who gives a hoot I’m not sure I have time for you feeling attitude. Cared less about a surgeons assessment of a very minor malady. Refused to inspect properly and or address the main cause for my visit. Insisted on preforming a burning procedure that I did not want and left me with a serious concern unattended and making me immediately seek an additional visit with another doctor. A waste of time, money and now I have concerns of the real issue I wanted to have addressed spreading as well as compromising my health.

The office staff are very inefficient, and the reception do not take phone calls at all. All the time it goes to voice message, and it takes multiple days to co-ordinate prescription and pre-approval. With some medication having limited time for pickup from pharmacy the staff sleep on any request and do not update the patient on any delay. Very frustrating

I brought my daughter here precovid. She has a mole on her shoulder that we wanted to make sure wasn't anything more then just a mole. We had 2 or 3 visits where she measured the mole to see if there was any growth. At our last visit I asked something along the lines of at what point do we test the mole or do we just continue to come in indefinitely?!? She responded with well you don't have to come here if you don't want too.... After thinking it over I decided to find another dermatologist for my daughter as she suggested lol.
