I have gone to marks Japanese for all my vehicles for decades. I recently had to take my car elsewhere because mark’s was unreachable and all my dash lights went on. I have a 2013 Subaru forester and the temp mechanic said, “your engine looks good”. I said I know! mark has worked on my care exclusively of course it is! I love mark’s japanese!
4.5 overall. Oil and air filter change and tire rotation done in reasonable time. Informed me of issues regarding my tires’ lug nuts with recommendations for resolution. Only downside was the wait time to get started. Call in ahead to schedule service.
Stopped in to see if they could loosen a nut to my battery terminal so I could replace, they went ahead and replaced the terminal for me. It's nice there is still a shop that doesn't price gouge you and are able to help at the spur of the moment. Ill be back for brakes and anything else that is needed. Thanks for your help!
