Today I had to call and make that terrible decision to put my 14 year-old pup down. Ace had cancer. Dr. Rice and the staff were so kind and loving and made it such a calm and beautiful experience I know Ace skipped going to rainbow Bridge because he was so gently released. I would recommend this clinic 100% Thank you Dr Rice I truly appreciate your kindness ♥
I bring my Corgi here and the service is excellent. Both the Veterinarians he has seen have been so great with him. The one that sees him for regular visits/check ups/if something is wrong gets all the way down on the floor with him and really does he beat to ensure he is comfortable with her. And he recently just met the vet that performs dental cleaning/tooth extractions (Dr. Aguirre) and she was also fantastic!!! Called me up multiple times to give me updates on his progress and answer my bazillion questions because I was a nervous mamma. I could tell Chester did well under her care! And now his teeth look great and he is healing so well.
In good times and bad you can rest assured your furry family members will be treated with the highest level of care, respect, and knowledge. I would never trust my family members anywhere else. I’m thankful to have IVH
