Always very nice and helpful. Everyone at the front desk is so nice and they always remember me! Been a customer/patient for several years and have liked every doctor I’ve seen. Good selection of eyewear for men and women. My daughter and wife go there as well!

Issaquah Eyeworks scheduled an urgent medical appointment for the next day. I was able to see (ha ha) one of their new practitioners, and she was most caring, competent, and delightful in examining my issue. I've been going to Issaquah Eyeworks for twenty-five years now. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Super responsive. The doctor and the technicians answered all the my questions.
I'm a new client, the online questionaire was easy and they called back pretty soon. I got in and the doctor was really nice, attentive and she answered all my questions (I find many doctors do not like to answer my questions). Then it came time to choose frames, the woman who was helping me choose was super patient with my indecisiveness and really made me feel like I was not a burden. I tried on a lot of glasses, and she found ones that I really liked. She answered all my questions too.
