My furnace was working off and on. Not heating up in the morning as it usually had done and then it would start working but go off before getting up to temperature. Called Furnace Aid and Jason said he could come out that evening but I decided to wait until the next day. He checked everything out and changed a battery for the fan. Super nice guy and will always call him if I have any future problems with my very old (2014) furnace. I love finding a family owned local small business to work with. His Mom and Dad started this business 30 years ago.

Jordan called at 7:00 PM asking permission to come out this evening as it had been a busy day. It was raining heavily when he showed up and he went right to work. After 3-4 minutes, he isolated the problem to be a burnt-out ignitor. He walked us through his diagnosis, making sure we understood the problem, then he fixed it. The service call, including the part came to $260. Sadly, we had three other companies come to do a diagnosis and all three said a new $4000-$8000 furnace was the only solution... read full review

I've gotten amazing service to help my old furnace along. He has made a few late-night visits to ensure that I have heat for the night. He figured out the issue with my inducer motor and rigged it to work temporarily until he could order the part. Later my control board failed, and he happened to have a spare that kept me going until he got a new board ordered. Expert at diagnosis and efficient and affordable repair.
