They do decent job here and are very sweet but there is absolutely no concept of adherence to appointment - so don’t go to this place if you are in a rush or must be taken in on time of the appointment you made. There is also significant language barrier. Lately a lot of the colors for normal mani/pedi are dry and old.I have made appointment for me and walked it only having to wait.I have made appointments for three of us and have walked in with just two people working - no way for all of us to enjoy the services together :(

Dao did a lovely job on my nails. They were perfectly shaped and thin…I have been to sooo many salons in issaquah, snoqualmie and north bend to try to achieve these results. I have been driving into bellevue to get mine done and have been wanting to find someone good in issy. The dip always breaks if it is not thick because my nails are so naturally thin. The set Dao did is solid and I am so happy with the results.

Always a great experience here, from the get-go! Hard to find a great and respectful nail salon in Issaquah/Sammamish area. Had a few hiccups with other places within the area so trust me when I say they’re amazing at Van’s! Owner is super friendly and aim to please. If it’s not how you want it, they won’t fuss about it and help get it right. They have a lot of regulars here including me so that tells you a lot. Happily to support Van’s small business.
