I have been really enjoying Pilates with Lucia for restorative purposes, i had never tried it before, but i am hooked, i have met Lucia in the lockdown, so straight to zoom classes and i enjoy these every week! It’s made a massive difference to my overall health not just with my back issues. I highly recommend Lucia, the sessions are fun and varied and tailored to the individual which works perfectly for me and Lucia is so knowledgable and knows what to do with me depending on how i am feeling! I look forward to this time so very much!
