Emmet came out, figured out the rat problem and where they were coming in, set traps, and even went so far as to build a new crawl space door. He is so kind and honest, if the problem isn't something he deals with(crawl space insulation issue or water damage), he will tell you and can usually recommend someone in that field for you to call. When we discovered that another trap needed to be set in a different area, he wasted no time coming out, checking it out and setting a trap for it.
I can't recommend him enough. Best Pest Control in the PNW, in our opinion!!!

Emmet came out and inspected our area of concern and he determined it wasn’t a pest problem, but a water problem. Didn’t charge us for his time and even went under the crawl space to be sure. 100% would hire this company if we ever needed a pest inspection or had a pest problem.
They came out and assessed my concerns, looked under the house, and determined it was not an invasive rodent issue. A less honest company could have tried to sell me things I didn’t need. I really appreciate their time, effort, and honesty!
