We had a cockroach issue mainly in the kitchen at night, especially near the stove and under the fridge. The technician arrived on time and checked behind appliances instead of just spraying visible spots. He used gel bait in hidden corners and treated drainage areas properly. The smell was very mild and didn’t bother us at all. It took a few days to see noticeable improvement, but after about a week the problem was gone completely. Communication during scheduling could be improved, but the treatment itself worked well.
