This has been my go-to location for a pedicure for two years, so I’m very disappointed to write this updated review. I made an appointment for 5:15pm and was seated immediately but no one turned the water on for 20 minutes. Then once it was filled, I said three times “hey the water is too hot” and one technician just repeatedly told me to try it again.I was left alone for nearly 25 minutes, then was given a RUSH job by the same technician who told me to “try the water again.” The only reason this is 2 stars and not 1 star is because the technician is very skilled at handling in grown nails. Helen did a very thorough and fast job while smiling and being very friendly, she went above and beyond - I’ll be coming back, great experience - very nice and efficient group of ladies.

First time at this location. My nail tech rushed through my pedí and was looking around more at other staff then looking at what she was doing. She completed my pedicure and waxed my eyebrows before the people who came in with me were even finished with their pedicures. I ended up sitting around and waiting for everyone else. I paid 95$ for gel pedí and bait/switch flower design i didnt ask for ( WHICH THROW OFF THE VIBE OF MY NAIL COLOR, tech did ask me what colors i wanted tonuse or anything) and brow wax. Wont be coming back here. On a positive note they were clean, and there was availability when we walked in. However that did not make up for the rest of the experience.
