We have been going to the same vet for over 18 years for 2 different dogs and we were so happy our daughter referred us to PetZen. This was the first time that we felt the vet had our best interest for our dog. Gave us suggestions of different sites to purchase products recommended that would save us money. We felt like we had choice rather than someone telling us what we needed to do that would increase our bill. Very Happy and will keep going back!

I took both of my dogs here to establish care and get them up to date on necessary shots as well as discuss one of my dog's severe anxiety/fearfulness issues. Dr's Iaia and Kielkopf were nothing short of amazing. They took the time to really observe my dog and educated me on what they were seeing in addition to fully explaining their thought process when coming up with a medication (western and eastern) plan. Great experience overall. I can't speak on the pricing because I just moved up here from New Mexico and the state of Washington as a whole is just more expensive but the care they gave my dogs was well worth it.

Dr Bakker is so kind and caring. She listened to the small details and made great suggestions about what care is required and our choices. Our big dog Gus was relaxed and unafraid under their care. Highly recommended.
