I had been searching for an auto transport company to haul a classic car from Arizona to Washington. Through a strange happenstance I found out that a local company I had heard of, Kimball auto transport, were delivering a car near the same area and had room in the trailer for the haul back. When they reached my car, they were met with an issue that likely would have made most carriers abort the mission. They could not get the car into gear. Joe rounded up help from the area and made sure the car was loaded up and brought home to me safely. Can’t express how impressed I was with the entire experience! These people are top notch! Thanks again!
Kimball’s did an amazing job on my 2026 Mazda CX5. I got the New Car Ceramic Coating package which includes a full detail and entire car ceramic coated (wheels included). I took my car in on a Monday morning, and got a text by the end of the day that it would be ready for pickup the following morning.
All of my communications and bookings was with Shari, the office manager, who was one of the friendliest auto detailing employees I’ve ever come across. She explained the process, aftercare, and answered all of the questions that I had.
