I recently worked across from Lynn in a real estate transaction where she represented the sellers & I represented the buyers. Throughout the entire process, she was kind, professional, and had great communication. It was obvious she was taking great care of her clients, and made the process on our end really smooth. She's a pro and I'd be thrilled to get to work across from her in the future.
Over the years JS Associates sold three homes for us. The reasons we hired them to list our properties are as follows:1) They used RELEVANT comps to price our homes spot-on. We are cautious prior to selling by making sure we understand housing prices We always interview at least three realtors from different agencies and receive their market analyses for comparison. We are aligned with JS Associates on price.2) JS Associates will make suggestions but they make clear the final decisions are up to us. Absolutely incredible! We gave Josh a unique set of challenges: sell two homes and purchase another all within the closing time frame. The outcome couldn’t have been more perfect. He accurately identified our market potential, which drove up interest, and got us top dollar for both homes we sold.On the flip side, we found the house of our dreams and was able to negotiate favorable terms. Josh is easy to talk to, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and passionate. It’s clear he accomplishes what he puts his mind to. Having him go to bat for us made the impossible become reality. There’s nobody else I’d rather have representing my families’ best interest.
