Over the years JS Associates sold three homes for us. The reasons we hired them to list our properties are as follows:1) They used RELEVANT comps to price our homes spot-on. We are cautious prior to selling by making sure we understand housing prices We always interview at least three realtors from different agencies and receive their market analyses for comparison. Absolutely incredible! We gave Josh a unique set of challenges: sell two homes and purchase another all within the closing time frame. The outcome couldn’t have been more perfect.
