Courtney is the best! Being new to WA, my husband and I didn’t know much about the market or where to start looking. We didn’t agree on what type of house or area we wanted to live in. Courtney was able to help us find our dream home, balancing the needs and wants of both of us! She was patient and kind, fun to work with and truly listened to each of our wants, needs and desires in a home. After a great experience selling our Port Orchard home with Courtney, she helped us find, compete and secure our forever home in Gig Harbor. When we went to sell, we interviewed 3 other agents who told us why we couldn't get what we wanted for our house. As we were cleaning up and getting staged to sell, Courtney listed and sold our next door neighbors house. I called him and asked about her. He spoke highly of her so we reached out. Our first impression was great. We found her positive, upbeat and responsive. She did it right, listed, advertised and sold it full price to the first offer in 10 days. First off, I really don't have an adequate way to describe how delightful it was to work with Courtney. Her experience and knowledgeable presentation kept me on a forward path for success. It was obvious to my wife and I that Courtney placed being understandable at the highest regard as much as being understanding of our needs. Courtney made the process of looking for a home and knowing what we needed to be prepared as easy as possible. We felt like this seemingly arduous journey was far more pleasant than expected with Courtney's help. Thanks again for all that you do. You are stellar in our book.
