In preparation for a siding repair and painting project, I scheduled (an easy process)a visit. Two technicians arrived on time (9AM), removed the existing refrigerant and electrical lines to my heat pump with the appropriate checks of the circuit board. Then after the siding repair and replacement were done over the weekend they returned and re-installed those lines. The technicians were friendly, considerate and thorough in their work. My experience with Gig Harbor Heating and AC once again was exceptional!!

I've had Gig Harbor Heating and AC do multiple projects over the years including my tankless water heater and repairing both my heat pump and furnace. Their work has been exemplary every time to include dealing with the manufacturer of my heat pump when the product had defects. Additionally, I've had a recurring problem since I purchased my current home where my heat pump kept losing contact with the inside unit everytime my home lost power requiring a reset of the outside heat pump control board oftentimes in weather to avoid using the furnace.
