We recently had their crew come out and install a completely new furnace and A/C unit. This was by far the easiest interaction we have had with a contractor. We interviewed 3 different companies and felt the most comfortable with Gig Harbor HVAC. Gabriel took the time to really walk us through the process and addressed a few other areas that we were planning to work on. Gabriel was also the only company that made the recommendation on replacing our old furnace due to it's age. A few days before our install date, our furnace gave out. It was perfect timing. Thank you again to this wonderful crew.

Reviews
Is it wrong to hug an AC unit? Caress it? Ours died for a week of sweaty, loud fan discomfort. Slept less and grouched more (first world problems, I know.) Thank you to Gig Harbor Heating & AC for making us a priority. These guys are rock stars!
Our Service Technician, Anthony, was great. Arrived as scheduled. Explained what he would be doing and then it. Afterwords he went over everything he did. All was well, which is always good to hear.
Highly recommend company.
