Robert was beyond professional. He went above and beyond and took the time out of his day as the owner to come out to the house personally identify the problem. He then went back to the office picked up the correct parts, came back and insured. It was done correctly and even went above to check all the filters and let me know what to replace. I would highly recommend Gig Harbor heating and AC. We had them install AC in our house last week. They were very professional, timely and responsive. Between when they were able to come out and give us a quote and the actual installation, it was about 2 weeks (faster turn around time than any other company we talked to). They weren't pushy about upgrading our current (older) furnace or installing a more expensive heat pump instead, just listened to exactly what we wanted. Also out of the 4 other companies we received quotes from, they were the most cost-effective by over $1k and we still received top-tier service and a high quality unit.
