We recently had their crew come out and install a completely new furnace and A/C unit. This was by far the easiest interaction we have had with a contractor. We interviewed 3 different companies and felt the most comfortable with Gig Harbor HVAC. Gabriel took the time to really walk us through the process and addressed a few other areas that we were planning to work on. Gabriel was also the only company that made the recommendation on replacing our old furnace due to it's age. A few days before our install date, our furnace gave out. It was perfect timing.
