We get good service once there, but I am giving them middling marks for extremely long times on-hold when you need to talk to an actual person. There are times when the automated system, leaving a voicemail or MyChart are not sufficient.

I asked my daughter to schedule with Franciscan medical group on Kimball Drive as I had received excellent speciality services many years ago there.
When my daughter informed me they had scheduled her 9 months for a new patient appointment, I was shocked. However, for Kimball Drive Franciscan Medical facility to reschedule my daughter today, after waiting nine months, to May 2026 is disgraceful. Plus, she was apparently treated with complete lack of empathy from your receptionist - I believe this case and call needs to be investigated !! In addition, Regence has been contacted to inform them of the treatment received from Franciscan Kimball Drive !!

Called in January to schedule an appointment to establish care with a primary care physician, and the next available appointment was the end of September. My appointment was supposed to be in two weeks and I just received a call saying the day is no longer available and the next available appointment would be May 2026. The receptionist was very unapologetic and apathetic about the whole situation, giving little to no effort towards accommodating me in any way, despite the fact that I had waited nine months already for an appointment. The soonest appointment they could get me into with a female provider is next February. I understand there are many factors at play regarding lack of resources for people trying to seek medical care, but this is upsetting and I will not be seeking further care from this location.

Dr Alejo is the best, he’s one of the good guys, very smart and down to Earth. I trust him with my baby bump and medical needs. He's always very respectful of us and our beliefs, and listens to our ideas and gives good advice. Dr Hwang is excellent for advanced maternal age care. I have had the pleasure of meeting both doctors here. The rest of the staff is also wonderful from the lovely folks working the desk to the nurses and assistants running the back. Really great place and they listen to any feedback without judgement. I’ve seen some things get rearranged immediately and improved when they thought it wasn't working as smoothly as possible (like the labs for bloodwork) and thats wonderful evolution for an office like this. Keeps them on the cutting edge of customer service as well as professional research which isn't an easy balance. I wish everyone working there joy filled careers for the remainder of their years in business.

All billing and support has been outsourced to the Philippines. It is near impossible to get the help you want when you need to discuss your billing. Should be criminal!

Unhelpful and unprofessional office. They were late on renewing a critical prescription and refused to help after multiple messages and a phone call. Told me I’ll just have to wait until they get to it - which is after I’ll run out of the medication.

I have waited for 6 months for my appointment time, only to find out the doctor I was to see was terminated. They put me back at the end of the line, with another 8 months wait. Seems like a really poorly run medical facility. From the looks of these other reviews, I may have dodged a bullet!

Thoroughly disappointed. I waited 8 months for a visit with an NP, spent about 10 minutes with the provider where PREVENTATIVE screenings were ordered, and my general history was taken. Zero physical exam was provided, and the visit was billed as a non preventative visit, so now for receiving absolutely zero care other than ordering some tests, I have the pleasure of paying several hundred dollars. So beware how your visits will be coded, and ask for full disclosure up front.
