Incredible company. I had an emergency septic issue and they were able to get out same day and handled it with ease. They were done quickly and kept everything nice and clean. 5 out of 5 and I’ll be using them from here on out.
I have called several times and left messages, also on FloHawks site, but never received any responses. They arrived on time and that's the only positive I can give. We were shocked since we've used them in the past. This time was completely different. They were hired to clean and inspect our septic system prior to listing our home for sale. What was left was a huge swath of dug-out lawn, damaged landscaping and large rhodies, plus some debris from somewhere. Exposed dirt and rocks all over with no attempt to repair or even cover the area. They didn't report there were any issues, only handed my sister the bill. Tony was great. He came out to help me with a clog between our house and the septic tank. He was able to remove the clog quickly, as well as identify the cause (a belly in the pipe causing solids to build up). He discussed several possible fixes with me, and is going to have an estimate sent to me within a few days. Thanks, Tony!
