We started with a sour dough caused drain clog, ended up with Jason finding that our septic filter has been placed at the wrong places and the water is not going from the first tank to the pump tank, then figured out the clog is worse than we thought and took multiple hours of drain snake to clean the main pipe out.
It was definitely stressful / hard work, and during multiple points we were genuinely worried, but Jason kept pushing and explained to us how things work.
Eventually we fixed both the septic and the sour dough clog over two days, as well as replaced a sewage pipe that wasn't done properly.

If I could give Jason 100 stars I would! I had been turned down by other plumbers not wanting to take on the job. When Jason returned my call, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. (Leaking septic pipe under mom's house)He said he could come right over and take a look. When he a arrived he was very professional, friendly & helpful. Jason gave a quote and said he could start in the morning. Jason and his assistant worked hard for many hours. He found that rhododendrin and tree roots had taken over all the pipes. Jason is so amazing!!! He did his research before coming out and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He did such an amazing job restoring flow through our drains and even did it in the dark of night!! We are so grateful for the work he did! He is also a great person! Super nice and wonderful to work with! Not to mention his prices are unbeatable!!! Thank you Jason! We will definitely be calling him back for all our plumbing needs and also for a bbq!!
