Yesterday I went for red light therapy and loved it. I have been researching the amazing benefits of red light therapy for a while now. As a native Texan, I don’t do well at all in this rainy, cold climate. And the last few weeks of rain have made me think that maybe all along my body has been starved for light and that is why I have such a hard time here Gig Harbor.
