I needed immediate care and they got me in to see Julia Cathcart-Chang, PA-C, who acted quickly to order the MRI I needed to diagnose a traumatic injury. Staff worked quickly to send her referral to all area imaging facilities to get me in ASAP. The next day I was getting the MRI & today I got the results. “I saw Dr. Nelson after recently going to another dermatology clinic in town. I left the other feeling unheard. Not only was I able to get in to see him in a timely manner, he took the time to listen to what I had to say. I was having far more symptoms than just my skin. I was quickly diagnosed with a serious medical condition after a biopsy. Dr Nelson and his amazing staff saw me through this issue until I was able to get into a Rheumatologist several months later. They were quick to respond to my voicemails and allowed me to follow up without delay. I know that if I hadn’t seen him, I would have been in trouble.
