They have always been helpful, courteous and relatively timely. We have an older oil furnace we are just nursing along. They kept at it and got us through the worst period of winter. They are a family business and I felt like they really cared.
Worked with Rich for a simple electric furnace swap, he came to my place in a couple days after calling and gave me a quote ONE THOUSAND less than three other places. Thought it'd be too good to be true, but nope, outstanding experience all around. Three days after giving him and Cummings the go-ahead, I got a new system installed at the quoted price, and excellent work was done by a couple young technicians. Everyone at Cummings was great to work with, professional with great attitudes. And it was fun talking sports with Rich too. Couldn't recommend Cummings more, not only for the price, but everything else.
I was looking for a handful of estimates for some central air conditioning before the summer started in University Pl., Washington. Richard was able to come out and give me a real good estimate on the installation of an AC unit. After some discussion he offered to install a new furnace as well. The estimate that he gave me for both was lower than that of a single AC unit instillation from another company, they were able to get me in very quickly onto the schedule the HVAC technicians and electrician were fast and their work looked very clean.
