Absolutely fantastic experience. I lost my only motorcycle key and was dreading the idea of replacing the tank and ignition or drilling everything out. This small business saved me. Wiley and his wife were incredible from start to finish. Genuinely the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. Wiley cut my new key perfectly and even stayed late just to make sure it worked. His wife was just as great on the phone, super friendly and always keeping me updated. Just an amazing team. I’ve already recommended them to friends, and they’ll be my go‑to locksmith from here on out.

One of the old school skilled craftsmen, or shall I say, craftswomen who is still working away, in business. An elderly lady, I think she's at least 75!
She cut the physical key part of my car's new, spare, remote key fob to OEM TOYOTA specs in one shot; in less than 5.mins; it took the last locksmith store in Federal Way, WA, 3 tries for my last car, same make and model, and more than half an hour.
Lady is a top notch craftsperson alright! And she charged me only $5 once all was done! I thought it was beneath her skill level and stature...read full review
Had just arrived in Gig Harbor and was setting up our camper and accidentally locked our keys in it. It is a 25 Tiffin Wayfarer, brand new. We called Beacon and got in touch with Monte, who arrived in about 15 minutes to our campground and had us in our camper in about 15 minutes as well. To say he was a blessing is an understatement, we were 3000 miles from home and in 30 minutes Monte had us back in business. Many thanks to Beacon and especially Monte!!!!
