Had just arrived in Gig Harbor and was setting up our camper and accidentally locked our keys in it. It is a 25 Tiffin Wayfarer, brand new. We called Beacon and got in touch with Monte, who arrived in about 15 minutes to our campground and had us in our camper in about 15 minutes as well. To say he was a blessing is an understatement, we were 3000 miles from home and in 30 minutes Monte had us back in business. Many thanks to Beacon and especially Monte!!!!

We messed up and left the wrong storage unit keys with Wylie for copy. Problem was we were moving that weekend and needed the keys. We showed up at the storage unit with a full truck and no way to get in. Wylie dropped what he was doing and drove an hour to come and help us over the weekend. Outstanding service and genuinely great individual. Thank you for taking such good care of our community Wylie!

Wiley was amazing! My son locked an inside door on a Friday afternoon, preventing us from accessing about a third of our house. Wiley was able to come right over, pick the door and then reprogram two locks to match the one key we had for the interior doors. This white glove treatment was also very affordable, especially considering we cut into Wiley’s weekend. If you need lock services, definitely consider giving this family business a call! I hope we do not lock ourselves out again, but if we do, Wiley will hear from us.
