I rented a large tent and other equipment from Jerry’s Rentals for my wedding and the customer service was excellent. His employees were at the reception site before I could get there the day of the wedding and they did an excellent job of positioning the tent exactly the way I would have told them to had I been there. They were also very efficient and the equipment was in excellent condition. I was so grateful for the tent and the outdoor heaters I rented because it was breezy and chilly on my wedding day at The Kalaloch Lodge. Employees didn’t get back to me. I dropped off my lawnmower on April 29th and today is June 17th. Just need a pull cord fixed. Waiting for a call saying my lawnmower is finished. Last time I called the lady said they were waiting for a blade. I DIDNT TELL THEM TO ORDER ME A BLADE. I’m calling them right now and it’s being recorded
The owner really cares about the community and is very caring. Been open for many years with service you can trust. Great landscaping & Jerry will find you a solution for any issue you may have.
