Excellent customer service. I placed a last-minute order for my sister's elopement bouquet. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. When I called, the flower designer was unavailable, so they asked me to call back later. A few hours later, Mrs. Charlene reached out and assisted with my order. I rented a large tent and other equipment from Jerry’s Rentals for my wedding and the customer service was excellent. His employees were at the reception site before I could get there the day of the wedding and they did an excellent job of positioning the tent exactly the way I would have told them to had I been there. They were also very efficient and the equipment was in excellent condition. I was so grateful for the tent and the outdoor heaters I rented because it was breezy and chilly on my wedding day at The Kalaloch Lodge. If you are ever having an event in the area and need any equipment for it Jerry’s Rentals is where you should get all of it that you can.
