I kind of don’t want to write this selfishly because he’s going to get busier. Responsive. On time. On budget. Smart and can create solutions. Yeah he showed up knocked out the project like he said he would and didn’t overcharge me a dime. You know that’s rare.
We hired Handyman Master Solution LLS to put together IKEA closets--cabinets, shelves, drawers, etc. Ivan put together a bid, scheduled the appointment, sent confirmations, and showed up exactly as scheduled. He was very conscientious and took his shoes off at the door, confirmed the work to be done, communicated his plan and schedule and promptly went to work. He was very considerate of being in our home and cleaned his work area as he worked. If something was not as anticipated (always a risk with IKEA), he checked with us in advance to make sure we were on board with the plan. We were driving home and as we stopped at a light. Next to us is a clean, nicely maintained van with the logo Handyman Master Solutions. As my husband reads this he says, write down this number. As we drove home he mentions that you can usually tell a lot about a business by the way they keep their truck.
We called the company and spoke to Ivan. He came over the next day, right on time I might add, and looked at our project. Two days later he arrived to reroof our leaking shed. He was polite, respectful and had a wonderfully positive attitude! The roof looks great, and there wasn’t one single roof scrap anywhere!
