Colten was helpful with smoke detectors, replacing batteries and installing a new one, even painting the ceiling around it with attention to detail. Customers had a sliding door installed, and despite some problems, the job finished on time with perfect finish work and complete cleanup. The service is described as clean, professional, and reasonably priced. One customer had a room built inside a warehouse for an ecommerce operation, and the team took time to understand the needs, building a solid structure anchored into the concrete floor with steel studs. They added soundproof insulation and handled electrical work, all done cleanly and up to code. The communication was great, and the work was high-quality. Overall, the business is highly recommended for home repairs and custom builds.
Colten was so helpful to figure out our smoke detectors. He replaced the batteries in all of them. The detector on the ceiling at 17 feet was defective - the red blinking light didn’t go green, even with his new set of AA batteries. So I bought a new smoke detector at Ace Hardware. Colten waited for me to return with it - and he installed it immediately.
Then, he painted the ceiling around the new detector! Such attention to detail!! Thank you!
I had Ace Handyman install a new sliding door for me yesterday. They did an excellent job! Some problems were discovered but they dealt with them and finished the job on time. The finish work is perfect and the cleanup was complete. I would recommend them! Thanks Ace! Carol
We had a really great experience with Ace Handyman Services Whatcom County. They helped us build a room inside our warehouse for our ecommerce operation, and honestly, they nailed it.
They really took the time to understand exactly what we needed and built it to fit our workflow perfectly. The structure is super solid — anchored into the concrete floor with steel studs behind the drywall — so it feels very well built.
They also added soundproof insulation, which made a big difference for us, and handled all the electrical work as well. Everything was done cleanly and up to code, which we really appreciated.
