I stopped by the Walmart Vision Center in Federal Way today in pretty rough shape—my glasses were barely hanging on, one lens had popped out, and the frame was broken. I’m legally blind, so this was a big deal for me. That’s when Jessica helped me, and let me tell you… she was amazing.
She fixed my glasses with care and patience, made sure the lens was secure, and helped me walk out seeing clearly again. She was incredibly positive, kind, and didn’t hesitate to help even though she had no idea I planned to leave a review.

Thank you so much Keri for your continuous help and efforts in helping me with my glasses. Keri is very knowledgeable and professional, she truly cares about her customers, I will continuing coming here fore my glasses, the price is reasonable and Keri's service is awesome!The only issue I have is when they call you when classes are ready they should document, or try to call you again..I waited over 6 weeks awaiting for a phone call and decided to call them, no one ever called me , the glasses were siting there for over 3 weeks! Someone is not doing their job and it simply looks bad for Walmart Vision.
