The whole experience was good from start to finish . I do recommend

Great friendly staff and kind knowledge doctor. Flow of appointment through the office was smooth. Very happy with my experience. Also shout out to Thomas the optician for help with glasses.

No issues, friendly and competent staff, and reasonable pricing on frames and lenses using VSP.

Edited to add: separately ordered sport-specific prescription bifocal sunglasses from an online specialist vendor that came back with the reading inserts pretty far off focal distance expectations (due to the lens shape). Team Fed Way came through with a comp recheck and fix-it visit. After some head scratching and creative lens stacking, gave me an updated custom prescription for these specific lenses.
