I felt compelled to leave this review because I truly stand behind the work at Saigon Haircuts. I recently saw a negative review and wanted to share my own experience to offer a fair and honest perspective.
My haircut was done with great care, attention to detail, and genuine skill. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, made thoughtful suggestions, and delivered a cut that I absolutely love. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and has strong experience behind the chair.
Hair is personal, and not every style works for everyone — but in my experience, the quality, professionalism, and results were excellent. I will absolutely be returning and recommending Saigon Haircuts to others. She deserves recognition for her talent and dedication.
As for negative reviews, hair booking appointments get busy and sometimes there may be a glitch online- I’m sure ladies here will accommodate to your needs if you called and explained the situation. Give these workers a break as they only have 2-4 people working haircuts.

Venus is a true artist. Both my fiancé and I have been going to her salon for years. She really knows how to cut hair and makes great suggestions. Never in a rush and friendly, so good vibe.

I was in the area and in bad need of a haircut. After searching i found Saigon Hair Salon. I called and made an appointment. When i arrived i was welcomed in and was immediately seated. Venus and her staff asked how i would like my hair cut. They proceeded to cut my hair but midway through i changed my mind on what i wanted. They didn't get upset they just accommodated my request. They were very friendly and asked what i did and where i lived. I thought this was nice. I was a 1st time customer and you could tell they wanted to earn my future business. The salon was very clean with a relaxing atmosphere. I’d definitely recommend Saigon Hair Salon to those needing a great haircut at a reasonable price.

Venus did a great job. Easy appointment. Got a shampoo, cut, blow dry/style for both college aged daughter & myself. Both of us were very pleased. Day before & immediately after photos.
