I had some issues with the irrigation system that Rain Pros installed, but Joel took ownership and ensured that they were corrected to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing drainage or irrigation services.

I cannot express enough how incredibly happy we are with Rain Pros. We had an issue with flooding in our yard that was affecting the septic field -I called and was put on their schedule and within two weeks the project was completed. Lucio is the hardest working man I have ever met, he is amazing and does incredible work. 100% recommend this company.

Joel came out, looked around the yard, opened existing drains and gave a rational and logical proposal that wasn't oversold or overkill but could be expanded upon later. The crew showed up led by Lucio two weeks later as scheduled and Lucio led by example and directed the crew efficiently throughout the day to get the job done. Through a couple surprises, they did what needed to be done and left little sign they'd been here adding significant new drain, replacing old and as importantly mapping out how the rest of the existing drainage was laid. Competent and courteous.
