Don't go here! I was told by my insurance that each visit would be $15. I have paid every time I went, plus new patient fee. I just got a bill saying that I owe almost $300 and I was informed that all these extra services, are extra fees. No one informed me of this! I'll never go here again. They charged me so much and they barely did anything.

Extremely Unprofessional front desk secretary Mirian. Every time I come in she talks about clients very loudly and bad mouths clients for not filling out online paperwork. However, the doctor and other providers are excellent. If I see Sarah is at the front desk I know everything will run in a smooth and professional manner.

I go to this Pearson for acupuncture with Christian and she is amazing. She's so knowledgeable. I see her a lot for my endometriosis and she has helped so much so I'm not in crippling pain anymore. She takes the time to get to know you and learn what you need. Pain? She got you. Hormonal issues? She GOT you. Chronic illness? She 👏 got 👏 you👏!

My wife and I scheduled massages for both of us 6 weeks ahead. She prefers a women therapist and we scheduled one for her. When we got there that morning, the women therapist was no longer working there, so they charged her a no show since she didn’t want a man therapist;. If you want to go somewhere where they care about $$ and the bottom line and have absolutely garbage customer service (management in Kent) go to Pearson.

I have done many chiropractor visits. But this is the most satisfying and the least painful. The group of people here are awesome and extremely friendly.
