I hired them to perform a phase 1, the report was to be SBA compliant, it was not. After going round and round with them and the lack of response. We had to get another company to actually perform the inspection correctly. They took our money and walked away. No refund and a huge waste of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
We didn't end up having them out for service due to our specific situation, but the tech I spoke with was SO helpful and truly went above and beyond to help research an alternative that could help us. I was totally impressed by the level of customer service even though we couldn't use them in this instance! Definitely saving their info for any future issues we may have and could use them for!
I'm going to have a great weekend thanks to their quick testing! ND= Not detected. No asbestos!
