I am rating this salon five ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ for the quality of care I received. The saying goes “when one door closes another opens”. I had a scheduled appointment with a high end salon (SP) located here in Federal Way and the stylist called out sick. Some shops demand we secure our appointments with a credit card and only to be cancelled on the day of the appointment. Just when I was in dire need of a root touch up! Was my first haircut in a really long time and Anna had took me in no problem made me feel so welcomed and nailed exactly what I was wanting. She even kept me comfort as I waited for my ride and was just outstanding. I'll definitely be back and would definitely recommend seeing Anna she made the whole experience ❤️

The ladies at Jenny Coco's are so friendly and do such great work. I had my hair highlighted recently here, and Jenny listened to what I wanted (subtle and sun kissed highlights all over), and I love the results! My daughter and I have been getting our hair cut here for years. I highly recommend this salon!
