On time day of cleaning, carpets seem clean, surprised at the rolling of the carpet but as they said once it dried it laid back down. Only bummer was their equipment breakdown which delayed the cleaning for two days. We already had all our furniture moved so it made for an interesting two days. We also had carpet stretched in two areas, which was very expensive, but it is what it is.
