One customer highlighted their impressive work in fixing a damaged PC and even recommended a better motherboard. Another reviewer was thrilled with the repair of a truck microphone, stating they would give more than five stars if possible. However, not all experiences have been positive. A customer expressed frustration with the diagnostics provided for a computer issue, feeling that Geek Squad misdiagnosed the problem and suggested costly solutions without proper checks. This customer felt that it would have been better to seek advice from a local technician instead. Overall, Geek Squad has a mix of positive feedback for their efficiency and professionalism, alongside some criticism regarding diagnostic accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
