My son is 13yrs old and has been seeing Dr Pamela Mouser since he was 2yrs old and the experience and care from Dr Mouser has been exceptional, she is caring and thorough and doesn't make you wait around. Even though Front desk at K.P Federal way doesn't feel personal or warm at all but when you go in to see Dr. Mouser, it changes everything. Thank you Dr Mouser.

We called Kaiser member services Friday evening to find out where to get a Covid 19 vaccine and were told Federal Way Kaiser had a walk-in clinic the next morning. When we arrived at Federal Way Kaiser Saturday morning, they refused to give us Covid 19 vaccines, saying that they were only giving Covid 19 vaccines to people who were also getting the flu shot. (We had gotten our flu shots two weeks earlier.) We explained that 1) member services had told us we could get the vaccine there on Saturday morning and 2) one of us was 81 years old. Wow! If you have any medical or mental health issues that are triggered with certain types of bad lighting this Kaiser facility is not for you. The lighting and drab decor makes everything in this place a hazy gray. Many of the staff here I talk to get eye strain and headaches from it. So doesSeveral of the patient I've talked too. A lot of this is due to low CFI (Color Rendering Index) by cheap LEDs and CFLs.
