I had a great experience at Federal Way Dental as a first time patient. It was much faster than I expected and my dental hygienist assistant, Christian, was very kind and did a fantastic job. They also did not suggest or pressure me for any unnecessary dental work. I am very glad to have found this dental clinic. It was the fastest and most comfortable dental experience I have ever had.

Amazing place. Front desk ladies are beyond nice and welcoming. Entire staff were super friendly. Had a very simple cleaning visit and was in and out in 30min. Highly recommend coming here.

Been coming here for the past 2-3 years. Got my crown from this place which was perfectly done with same shade and have not had issues with the crown since.
This year, I scheduled an appt with them ahead of time for a Friday at 4pm. I got a call at 1:30pm asking if I can come at 2 or 3pm instead. I called them back at 3pm to let them know I cannot come early, but I will be at the clinic by 4pm as scheduled. Came in 2mins before scheduled appt and checked in. Waited for 30mins and still wasn't called for my 4pm appt. For my personal health reasons, I had to leave and just asked if I can resched and told them I will call when I can resched.

Had the same issue last time I came a yr ago and it was subpar from my initial visit to this clinic. Waited a long time too and felt more like a tattoo shop with music loud while getting my teeth cleaned.

I usually provide chances for places before i write a review or completely disconnect from a place.

Btw, once you come in to the clinic, music was blasting loud. As a clinic, that for me is inappropriate.

I will not be returning to this clinic.

Multiple disappointing experiences & hours of wasted time with this dental office.

My first visit last year was just okay. I was told I needed a root canal, but the quote was extremely high—$800–$1,200 more than several other offices I contacted.

Last week, I scheduled a second appointment for a minor toothache. When I arrived, I was told my appointment was never entered into the system. The staff member present didn’t seem surprised by the mistake, I had to reschedule.

At my third visit, the office felt chaotic, with staff constantly entering & leaving the room. The dentist spent less than two minutes with me, appeared rushed & had very poor bedside manner. I was then told they couldn’t perform the work & I would need to go elsewhere.

After all the wasted time, I left feeling undervalued as a patient &uncomfortable with the level of care.

would definitely recommend this place for dental work! their staff and dr.’s are phenomenal.

Did my crown really poorly. Absolutely terrible dentist office. My crown looks terrible, and it’s not cemented properly. And two years later, the office keeps trying to charge me for nothing. I paid everything in full. This office is an absolute scam. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Such a headache ! Absolutely terrible work, and so expensive.
