“Dennis at Buggy Scrubers is professional, courteous and goes out of his way to provide his services. I had mold in my car that had returned after I had my car detailed several months earlier. Dennis came within 48 hours of my call to diagnose the extend of the issue and neutralize the mold until he could provide the full service. He picked up the car and did a thorough deep cleaning detailing job and identified the leak via water tests. When the car was ready, he met me at the body shop with my car to further assess and fix the leak. Dennis provided detailed updates every step of the way, and when additional work was required he notified me for my approval before taking action. Dennis is delightful to work with and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Buggy Scrubbers.“

From the moment I received follow-up to my initial inquiry, to the moment I picked up my car, I was treated with top-notch care and white-glove customer service. They followed up with me throughout the process with texts that included pictures of my car, which blew my mind and had me super excited. They not only did a spectacular job on my car, but they also educated me thoroughly with e-books, pamphlets, verbal instruction, product recommendations, etc. on best-practices for detailing my car and taking care of the paint and ceramic coating. I’m a car guy, and I’ve been to many car-related shops, and I’ve never been treated as well as I have by these guys. It was Wednesday and I needed the car detailed by the weekend.Veer “the business owner” offered to come out Saturday and get the car detailed for us outside of normal business hours because he was already scheduled out. He provided top notch customer service and our car looks amazing. Not to mention the cost of his service was fair! We will absolutely be using him moving forward.“

“Highly recommend this business, excellent service and agreeable pricing. Jack and his team are great, he's a true professional and master of his craft. You can trust he's mastered all of the services and applications his business offers. We did a SystemX "crystal" level (3 year application) ceramic coating on my Elantra N and it came out flawless. The local Hyundai dealer delivered the car with swirls and light scratches and it just didn't look like a brand new car. After someone the dealer had "polish" it, it came back shinier but still had marring and scratches. I gave up on the dealer and decided it best to contract an actual pro, which Jack is and I couldn't have been happier with the results. Jack also will thoroughly explain his practices, applications and processes for whichever service you're having done and also which products he's using which are all top notch. If you're collecting info on detailers and the like, go with Jack. No way any mobile business can compare or even other brick and mortars. Pull the trigger on that PPF, ceramic coating, or tints here!Update: if you get a windshield ceramic coating just know regular rubber wipers might grip the coating harder than they do glass and produce wiper shutter. My work around was buy new silicone, ceramic wipers. Jack might have a work around I'm notSure. Some online sources say coat the wiper blades too.“
