He was on time, brought all the tools and only needed power outlet and water. I requested full interior and exterior detailing and it took 3 hours. Highly recommended!”
“I took my car to Derek and I’m so happy with the results! My car is a 2019, and it honestly feels like he brought it back to original condition. I used to get machine washes and they left small scratches on the car. After the full detail, those are all gone.<br><br>My biggest fear going in was getting overcharged, being a woman and Asian, but Derek was completely honest. He even pointed out my car didn’t need a full detail and gave me a coupon for next time. He could’ve charged me for it anyway and I’d never have known, so that honesty really meant a lot.<br><br>I’ll definitely be back. He’s kind, straightforward, and clearly knows what he’s doing. One tip: I only tipped 10% because of a credit card surcharge, so bring cash if you want to avoid that.<br><br>Overall, very very happy!”
