Their customer service is impeccable! I am not technologically savvy for a millennial when it comes to setting up new software/ a printer. Each time I needed assistance Zypes was on the line with explicit directions, patience, and a friendly tone. Rachel Rodriguez specifically was fantastic! I will be recommending Zypes in the future :)

We have been utilizing Zypes as our IT support for our small-medium business for a couple of years now. They are wonderful! Very responsive, very knowledgeable. We've had the opportunity with a handful of IT companies over the past decade and would rate Zypes #1! Only sorry we didn't know then sooner.
